URBANITY X CASUAL INDUSTREES RECAP!

If you got a chance to cop one of the Urbanity x Casual Industrees collab tees, consider yourself lucky! Larges and XLs sold out within 30 minutes from its release with the rest of the sizes/colors selling out soon after. The atmosphere at Urbanity was quite refreshing with a mixture of college students, fashion enthusiasts and even Quincy Pondexter from the University of Washington basketball squad was in attendance! I got to meet up with the Casual Crew again and even got a chance to network and speak to a few other up and coming Seattle clothing companies such as Emnace, Coeus Clothing and The Incorporated Clothing. Free brews and pizza were provided as well as good music and a few beautiful ladies roaming the store. Also Casual Industrees had in store t-shirt printing so you could create your own custom Casual Industrees tee! All the photos from the event are HERE and make sure to stay tuned at urbanityshop.com and casualindustrees.com for upcoming events and clothing drops!

URBANITY KEEPS THE U-DISTRICT FRESH!

When coming into Urbanity for the first time, the first thing that caught my attention was the space in the boutique. Everything is very open and you don't feel cramped while browsing the store. The boutique has a very upscale casual feel and everything seems to fit exactly where it is. The location of Urbanity is evident from the U-District vibe that the customers and employees give off while in the store. Conversations are laid back, like that of a UW college student and the clothing in the store fits the persona as well. Along with Seattle inspired tees by local companies such as TITS, Casual Industrees, Emnace and Urbanity owner's own brand Rich Kids, is a great selection of fashion forward cut and sew pieces for men and women as well. So if you happen to be in the area be sure to check out Urbnanity when looking for your next Belltown club outfit or exclusives for your back to school wardrobe. For more details check out UrbanityShop.com!

AS 'CASUAL' AS IT GETS!

When I pulled up to the Casual Industrees headquarters I didn't quite know what to expect, but as soon as I got out of the car and looked up and down the street for the house number I got a good vibe. Casual Industrees immediately gives off a natural homegrown feel that any Washingtonian can pick up on. I have been watching Casual Industrees silently blow up and even got a chance to take a few random pics of people I seen in passing rocking their gear. As stpped in and I looked around the office/basement it took a minute to take in everything that was going on. Everything is precisely placed in a scattered mess around the room and desktops and packages stacked in every open area. Pictures and memorabilia of randomness/inspiration are appropriately hanging on the wood paneled walls. All in all I had a very pleasant experience at the headquarters and I even had a few VERY entertaining conversations! Pretty much I would recruit any member of the Casual team for my beer pong squad and guarantee victory! I can't wait to see how Casual Industrees does in this ever changing fashion world but so far they are doing a damn good job in my book! Be sure to check out Casual to be featured in my upcoming Northwest Lifestyle Project soon!

CASUAL INDUSTREES REP THE WEST COAST!

Casual Industrees is the multi-hundred dollar company based out of Seattle Washington. I recently seen some of their tees in local Zumiez across Washington and immediately had to find out more about this brand. Casual's designs have a homegrown look to them that any Washingtonian can identify. This may be due to the fact that all their tees are printed in their garage/headquarters! These are just a few of my favorite tees but make sure to check out the Casual Industrees website and their official blog to get a better look at all their dope designs!
